I was happy with room 106 overall. Minor issues included: sticky spots on the floor, a missing bedside table, and the bathroom faucet had the hot and cold switched. Also, it's very close to the breakfast area, which will likely be a problem for light sleepers.
Room was musty the smell was coming from the air conditioner. We had 2 towels no hangers in the room. The pool was closed and had been for some time it was being used as storage. Some of the guests were partying in the parking lot and being loud.
When we arrived in our room is had a bad musty smell. We turned off the air conditioner and opened the window.. The bathroom only had 2 towels for four people. We had to ask for hangers for the room. Picture was missing from the wall, bathroom door rubbed on the tile. The pool was closed and had been closed for some time, they were using it as storage.
My bathroom was newly renovated and very lovely. I realize this is in the state of renovation. The carpet was quite disgusting in the hallways. The area in the lobby was very nice looking and was well kept and clean.
This is a fantastic hotel. We stay here every time we go to Uniontown Pennsylvania. We always get the best customer service and we love the area very much. We are very thankful for this hotel being where it is.
Checkin was efficient & friendly. Room was clean except for following: trash not emptied, no towels or toilet paper. When we walked from bathroom to bed to go to sleep, the floor was so dirty that our feet left black marks on the clean sheets. Though it didn’t have visible dirt no mopping had been done only using this tool with a sticky roller to pick up obvious dirt. Disgusting!!! On the day we left we noted that the cleaning carts don’t even have any mops- what??? Don’t know who manages this property but they need to do a better job of both how the staff is equipped & supervision and/or training. Breakfast was okay. We won’t stay here again.
Outdated, dirty, A/C didn’t work properly. Staff was very friendly.

PROS. The front desk and housekeeping staff were VERY nice and helpful! The bed pillows were HEAVENLY!! Location was perfect for our needs (Mt St Macrina pilgrimage) The breakfast was “adequate” although the bagels were a bit stale.
CONS: Our toilet had dried urine on the seat (yuck) and I asked for it to be taken care of. There was no toilet paper holder (kind of odd). The AC fan wouldn’t stay “on”…..it kept cycling on and off even though I set it on Hi (not auto). The breakfast chairs that are fabric are VERY DIRTY, they should either clean them up or replace. There were some “characters” lurking around that made us feel a bit uneasy at times.
Overall…..for the price, I believe we would stay there again but hope for improvements.

No cups in the rooms. Desk attendant said they stopped providing them. No ice bucket. Lamp not plugged in. Very limiting…not a place I’d stay again
Room smelled horrible. It smelled like cigarettes and old people home. Not clean and towels were ripped. Around shower the walls were cracked. Unsafe the fire alarm was covered with tape and the sprinkler was covered with a bag. Walked n the hallway smelled like garbage had to cover our noises. Overall unpleasant couldn’t wait to get out!! We had no other choice of hotels so we had to stay. If you have choices do not stay here.
Terrible. There was a man in the parking lot smoking weed for basically three days straight. The halls & stairwell smelled like weed the whole time. The a/c leaked all over the floor. The first time I saw the laundry/housekeeping staff, I had had pulled the car around to pick up my wife & they were creating an unwelcoming environment by standing outside the main entrance talking trash & spewing profanities in an aggressive way. I saw them the second day using the same limited vocabulary with the same tone in the breakfast area. When I asked for a bottle of water during breakfast hours I was told they were out. When I asked why I didn’t get get housekeeping or fresh towels in my room I was told it was because they get accused of stealing. I’m embarrassed to have taken my wife to such a classless hotel. Never again.
I checked in but didn’t immediately go in my room. I came back later and to my surprise the room was occupied by someone else. Fortunately, they were not in the room just their belongings and the tv was still on. That could have been a very dangerous experience.
The room I was given for the first night was disgusting. The bathroom had not been cleaned and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom as well as only one towel.
The one chair was old and dirty with the fabric ripped on one arm. Carpet was stained and the curtains would not close. There was a huge gas station next door with numerous parking lot lights that shined straight into the room since the curtains would not cover the windows you could read a newspaper at 3am just from the light coming in the window.
The next morning I talked with the manager who moved me to a different room on the other side of the building from the gas station lights I was in the second room for three nights. The bath room was cleaned once and the bed made once. The floor was never vacuumed or mopped.
The elevator inspection certificate posted in the elevator expired in 2022 The property as a whole was dirty
It seemed like the staff spent more time in the parking lot smoking than doing anything inside to clean.
Will never stay there again or after this experience any other Wyndham property.
The hall ways were not vaccumed and were stained. I assume this was from construction so I was OK with it. My door was stuck. One of the queen beds was covered in stains with balled up hair.
The service and response was OK given the hour I was there. The breakfast was limited for 'free' with many items either gone or empty.
There just seemed like a carefree attitude among the employees. The atmosphere seemed unmanaged. The employees I did talk to were kind...but you wouldnt have known for sure who worked there and who didnt if you didnt see them walk out of the office with your own eyes.
Lastly, and I cannot be sure the hotel is responsible for this. But my phone number received a very strange text addressing someone NOT me or in my party from a salon in the area. Normally, I would consider this a coincidence or an accident. But this is the first time I was in this town and this hotel is the ONLY business in the area I gave my phone number to.
