Customer service was very nice. Hotel was roach infested. Make sure before you book your stay your have plenty of lavender to keep the roaches away.

The front desk clerk spoke with such a heavy accent he was barely intelligible. The lobby smelled of marijuana. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were nasty, our room smelled of smoke and marijuana so bad that we had to leave. My wife has asthma and could not tolerate the smell. My Father in Law also has breathing issues and was starting to wheeze. We were very disappointed and ended up walking out about 5 minutes after getting to our rooms. We understood that there was no way to get a refund but couldn't spend the night is those conditions.

It has been a while since this hotel was maintained. The best part of the stay was that the bed was very comfortable, but the shower head was disconnected from the wall and the hall had a dingy appearance and funky smell. Breakfast was very sparse and had limited choices. Not what I typically expect from a Quality Inn.

Location not so bad...the elavator was dirty, the floormats had a bad smell...once the elevator wasnot working properly ...the receptionist/ kitchen staff didnot mind that the utensil fall on the ground he just putvit up for use

There was trash on the floor in the hotel room and saw a cockroach on the bedsheets. Faucet in the shower about to fall out of the wall. There was no housekeeping staff and the room was not cleaned at all in the 3 nights that we stayed there. It smelled like someone was cooking all the time on the 4th floor.

The place is very dirty. We just left two hours later and booked for almost the same price at Hampton Inn by Hilton about 8 min from there and the difference is abismal. We don’t recommend Quality Inn to anybodoy.
