Was rude service had bed bugs, didnt feel safe in the environment. They come knocking on your door asking you when are you leaving hours before check out time. Very horrile place should be shut down

Smoke detector was hanging off the wall did not work I called the manager on it you got stickers all over the mirror you got stickers on the mirror to look at your face I'm just like it was a big time safety thing she said well I can move you into a two room or a room with two beds I don't want that I wanted a certain bed a certain non-smoking didn't have the pool ready there's water in it the gate was open but we couldn't use it or she told me I couldn't use it so I'm paying all this money for a pool and you're not got the pool ready which there was water in it and it was ready to go I don't like paying extra money and paying money for stuff that I can't use it was a joke remodel was on the other side of the building and I was in the side of the building that wasn't remodeled number off the door paint on the outside all peeled off nasty crap why didn't they put us in the new model new part of the motel that's been remodeled so I get the piece of s*** model

Rooms not ready for guests. Construction. Staff tried to clean room but didn't work. Smokey smelling actual crack in wall ro outside at airconditioning unit, bathtub chipped, oversize worn shower curtain. Had reserved for 2 nights & left after 1st night. Was not in good condition.

This was the worst hotel room I have ever had. Water was leaking all across the floor about 3" wide stream (don't know where it was coming from). Toilet seat was so loose I had to hold it to sit on toilet. Fan in bathroom kept cutting on and off but it was connected to light switch so I had to have it on. Laid my phone on nightstand to charge it and when I picked it up, the back was covered in a sticky substance. Night stand was covered with some sort of sticky mess; looked like maybe a soft drink had overflowed from a glass but stand had not been cleaned. My reservation was for 2 nights but after the first night I changed my plans and moved out. Have not seen a credit for the second night as yet.
