Sisäänkirjautuminen ei miellyttänyt. Toinen huone oli siivoamatta klo 15 ja toisessa korjasivat ilmanvaihtoa. Hotellihuoneet tilavat ja korkealla. Hyvät näkymät. Lattiat kuluneet. Toisessa huoneessa ainakin huonot valaistukset. Ulko-oven saranat pitäisi öljytä.

We booked a family room, but got a room for handicapped people. Room was not suitable for children and it was poorly cleaned. Hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was okay, but totally mess. All the time everything ended and you had to wait long time at tha queue. Coffee cups were so dirty that you could wipe off the dirtiness with your napkin. Don’t come here again!

An elegant, new and clean hotel very centrally located. Please note that parking in Umeå near the hotel can be a bit bothersome. If you're on foot, everything will be great!
