This hotel was everything and more to us! We were visiting a friend who lived in ulsan and when we arrived we quickly realized we would not be able to cram into his 1 bedroom apartment with a total of 4 people. So we decided to book this hotel last minute. We were a bit perplexed as the hotel didnt come up on google searches and some sites had different addresses. Once we arrived all worries went away. The building was brand new, rooms were more than we imagined with tile baths big enough for two, marble countertops, and gold embelishments. Even the toiletries provided were so great! Service was outstanding. We decided to book an additional night and got overcharged 5K Won bc of a new employee. When we arrived back to the hotel there were several staff waiting for us (@11PM) to fix the error. Hotel was also able to call us a large taxi on departure for us and all our luggages. Service and room qualities were amazing and way more than we ever expected.
