You are just a short distance away from Woodburn Deli, Mollymook IGA, BWS, Bakery and Bannister’s Coffee Van for a morning coffee and yummy treats and of an evening stroll down to Bannister's Pavilion Rooftop Bar & Grill taking in the social vibes amongst the treetops, with fresh seafood, burgers or steaks. For those after a little more flavour, Gwylo is the place for you. Bedding Configuration

Bedroom 1 – Queen bed & 2 x single bunks

Linen is provided for your stay, please bring your own beach towels if you wish to engage in outdoor water activities.

Please do not book if you are a party group, hens/bucks or school leavers groups. Bookings of this kind will be cancelled.

This property is pet friendly on application, however please keep in mind there is no fenced yard and dogs must be kept off all furniture and beds, not left alone and all droppings collected upon departure.

This property has a small kitchenette with a small plug-in hot plate.

Guests do not have access to the garage area. The studio is located on the front of the block. The property owner does use the holiday home at the rear from time to time, however if you are staying at the same time you will not be disturbed at all.
