Mollymook Sands is in a superb location just across the road from the Mollymook shopping centre, Bannisters Pavilion Bar and Grill and the highly rated Gwylo asian fusion restaurant.

The beautiful Mollymook surf beach is a short 300m walk away.

Unit 14 is on the top floor and the balcony overlooks the heated inground swimming pool, BBQ and half tennis court areas.

It is perfect for families or couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Sleeps up to four with one queen bed, a set of bunk beds. Linen and towels are provided.

It was tastefully renovated in July 2024.

No pets. No smoking. No Schoolies. No Coasties.

Mollymook is located only minutes from the harbour port of Ulladulla and historic rural Milton. The surrounding districts offer an abundance of nature's delights with spectacular scenery, forested mountains and myriad fascinating waterways.

Just across the road from Mollymook Sands is Mollymook Shopping Centre which has a supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, newsagent, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurant, pizza bar, cafe and take away., hairdresser, beautician and physiotherapist.

Ulladulla is 4 km away and has a cinema, restaurants and a full range of shops.

If you are looking for restaurants during holiday periods, you will need to book well in advance.

Our favourite is the recently opened Gwylo asian fusion restaurant and bar, just across the road.

Also recently opened is the Mint Pizza Bar which is popular in the evenings and only 100m away.

The Mollymook Golf Club has a clubhouse and restaurant at the southern end of Mollymook Beach. It overlooks the beach and is spectacular for an evening meal and a drink. See the Mollymook Golf Club website for more details including how to book their courtesy shuttle bus.

The Beach Hut Cafe is a great spot for a casual breakfast or lunch overlooking the southern end of the beach next to the Surf Life Saving Club.

Mollymook Bay is home to a pod of bottlenose dolphins. Whales are often spotted during migration seasons as they make their way along the east coast. Fish abound in the bay. Beach and boat fishing are both popular.

Children love the 'Bogey Hole', a large circular natural rock pool located on Mollymook Headland. Its protective ring of rocks ensures a safe and fun environment for children.. You can easily walk around the headland from the southern end of Mollymook Beach to the Bogey Hole or drive to its car park via Riversdale Avenue across Mollymook's Beachside Golf Course and then to the end of Burleigh Way.

The Narrawallee lagoon is shallow and safe for young children.

Mollymook boasts not one but two scenic golf courses. Mollymook Golf Club's picturesque 9-hole Beachside Course has superb sea views from the course, clubhouse and restaurant.


The return walk up spectacular Pigeon House Mountain takes about 4 hours.

There is a variety of uncrowded surf breaks. Mollymook reef is only 800m away or try Golf Course reef, Narawallee Inlet, Ulladulla Bommie, Rennies Beach, Dum Dums, Green Island or Bendalong.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all amenities, handy location close to Mollymook beach and shops and cafes. Comfortable bed and pillows and lounges. Would be useful to also have written instructions for the main tv setup and some bath salts and bubble bath.

Great service from the owners. My daughter accidentally left her new phone charger and cable behind and the owners found it and send it to us. We really appreciate the extra effort. The location is really handy for a morning coffee or grabbing a take way beer. The local shops are across the road and the beach is a short walk.

Very nice, easy to find, close to shops across the road for coffee, takeaway, grocery store for essentials. Was quiet when we stayed even though a family of 6 was downstairs from us so that's a plus! Nice amenities, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, overall a nice relaxing stay.

Excellent apartment in Mollymook
This apartment is spacious and very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the furnishings are all modern and well kept. The pool and tennis court were great for when not at the beach. Shops are just across the road and the beach just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

We spent a month here in Mollymook-this apartment is situated in a great location for beach, local shops & restaurants. Lovely, light & fresh decor. We had everything we needed and more. Pool on hand & tennis courts too. Ken & Sandy were very helpful and great to deal with. Would recommend-wish we were still there!

It was a nice spacious clean and tidy Unit that had everything we needed for our stay. It was so close to local shops cafes restaurants and the beach. The lock up garage was a bit squeezy for an SUV.

We enjoyed a comfortable 3 night stay. Having a secure parking space was a bonus. The unit was well equipped apart from the near empty hand wash dispensers in the kitchen and bathroom, and empty toilet cleaner container in the toilet. Perhaps refills or replacement of these essential Items could be put on the cleaners’ checklist.

Lovely apartment, conveniently situated in Mollymook
The apartment is located across the road from Mollymook shops and just a short stroll to Mollymook beach. It is spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It is just a few minutes drive to Narrawallee Inlet, perfect for saltwater swimming. Great apartment close to beach
This is a great apartment super close to mollymook beach. We stayed here for three nights with my partner and three year old son. The apartment was kitted out perfectly with super comfy beds and everything you could need. The complex also has a Pool which my son loved.

Support for Mollymook - great response from owners
We just want to thank the owners Ken & Sandy for their response when the bushfire emergency unfolded on New Year's Eve. We had booked their property the following day for a week but with the mayhem following the fires and with authorities asking people to stay away we had to call off our stay. But not only had Ken & Sandy been keeping us posted all the time as the emergency unfolded, but they also didn't hesitate to refund our booking once it became clear we couldn't go. We just wanted to give a shot-out to them and everyone in beautiful Mollymook. We will be back there as soon as the situation is back to normal and we encourage everyone else to keep visiting the South Coast once this emergency is over.
