É um bom apartamento.
O apartamento tem uma boa localização, tudo que falou que tinha no apartamento tinha , só a sauna que não estava funcionando a vera passou todas as informações e sempre tirou todas as dúvidas, só horário de saída que é o muito cedo que todos que alugo são flexível e no ato que fecha a senhora vera informa que não é flexível

A localização do apartamento é excelente. Muito próximo à praia, comércio ao lado, muito limpo, tudo funciona perfeitamente no prédio (Sauna, Piscina, Zeladoria), camas muito confortáveis, banheiros muito bons, churrasqueiras individuais e comunitárias, enfim, vale muito a pena
