This was a beautiful place to relax after spending the previous week in Rio. You might not have any cellular service at the last highway turn so it would be a good idea to set this destination on a couple of navigation apps. The last few km of road is quite rough. Cellular service reconnects as you get down the road and close to the beach. Drive slowly for the last bit. The staff was very welcoming/accommodating of our requests. They are very responsive via WhatsApp. The property has great WiFi coverage. Vivo LTE coverage via a USA T-Mobile sim card worked fine at the beach and in the rooms. The locale is a sleepy fishing/tourist village. Choices for food are pretty much this pousada and a neighboring restaurant. There are a couple of kiosks and a minimarket within walking distance that are open slightly later, but everything closes early here. The kiosks don't look like much but they still take international cards. If you want dinner after 6 pm on a weeknight you may need to drive to Paraty. The location is QUIET (except during nearby fire and brimstone church services) and extremely peaceful. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained and the rooms have air conditioning. Paraty is a 30 minute drive each way. You'll need WhatsApp setup on your phone to communicate with Paraty's parking officials. We prepaid our stay though Expedia. For meals in their restaurant they kept a total and we paid in full with a credit card at checkout.

A pousada não condiz com o que e cobrado! Pagamos por um quarto que não usamos, não tinha acesso ao nosso quarto por dentro da pousada, tínhamos que sair da pousada e subir um morro íngreme, para chegarmos ao quarto. Devido ao acesso impossível tivemos que ficar em outro quarto da pousada, com excesso de insetos, o chuveiro do quarto não funcionava de jeito nenhum, reclamamos mais nada foi resolvido. Café da manhã muito fraco e sem opção.

Nem de perto foi o que esperávamos. A pousada é mais do que rústica, com estrutura sofrível. O café da manhã não decepcionou, mas as instalações em si, muito fracas.

Hospedagem não condiz com o preço cobrado
Lugar extremamente rústico até aí maravilha, mas com o cardápio restrito e com preço exorbitante para o local, café da manhã servido é ok, a vista prometida na descrição da reserva se da após uma “escalada” de mais de 130 degraus com péssima iluminação noturna, entramos na quarta-feira e deixamos o local no domingo, só houve limpeza de quarto no segundo dia de estadia, os funcionários foram muito solícitos, a praia de frente é bonita, mas não é atraente para banhistas, no geral, acho que o investimento não valeu pela estrutura oferecida. Minha nota de 0 a 10 fica em 6.

Propaganda enganosa! Lamentável!
Péssima a postura do proprietário. Primeiro nós encaminhou para um quarto muito inferior ao reservado, e depois de brigar muito fomos encaminhado para o quarto certo, porém para chegar nesse quarto tinha que subir uma escadaria de 122 degraus, com a mala pesada. Isso deveria estar na descrição do quarto. No anúncio fala que tem piscina na pousada, mas na verdade a piscina é da casa do proprietário e os hóspedes não podem usar. Propaganda enganosa. O Hotéis.com deveria tomar alguma atitude contra essa pousada, pois claramente mostra má fé do proprietário dessa pousada. Lamentável!

Foi surpreendentemente maravilhoso!! A suíte com vista para o mar é exatamente como mostra no site! Tem umas escadinhas para subir, então só se aventure com pouco peso... no final vai valer a pena!!
