É com muita satisfação que venho agradecer aos proprietários do imóvel, eles pessoalmente receberam eu minha família para entregar as chaves da casa. Ao entrar no imóvel, tudo limpo e impecável. Todos os móveis são novos e os eletrodomésticos da cozinha funcionam perfeitamente. Os quartos tem ar-condicionado, colchões e camas novas proporcionando muito conforto e fazendo minha família ter a sensação de "estarmos em casa". Apesar da residência não estar localizada no centro de Ubatuba, ao redor tem ótimos restaurantes, padarias, drogarias, shopping e mercados dispensando o uso do veículo. Durante a noite, vale visitar a feirinha de artesanato e restaurantes no centro, como fica próximo, a gente foi caminhando pela orla da praia desfrutando da paisagem. Minha esposa e filhos ficaram encantados com o lugar, não tenham dúvida de que retornaremos em breve.

O APARTAMENTO É ÓTIMO, BEM LOCALIZADO, E COM ÓTIMAS ACOMODAÇÕES, FOMOS MUITO BEM ATENDIDOS PELA PROPRIETÁRIA MARIA EMÍLIA. SÓ ACHAMOS QUE OS ITENS DA COZINHA BEM COMO PANELAS E ETC. DEIXARAM A DESEJAR, PRECISA MELHORAR NESTA ÁREA. NO RESTANTE FOI TUDO ÓTIMO. ESPERAMOS VOLTAR OUTRA VEZ. E INDICO A TODOS QUE QUEREM UM BOM LUGAR PARA PASSAR AS FERIAS.

Apartamento maravilhoso, porem decepcionada com a proprietária
O apartamento é muito limpo, bem localizado, equipado com o extremamente necessário. Porem não foi informado que o mesmo encontrava em reforma externa com pedreiros nas janelas por todos os dias. Fiquei bem incomodada por não ser avisada, pois tenho duas filhas que não se sentiram a vontade dentro do apartamento. E quando eu falei para a proprietária do meu incomodo, fui chamada de preconceituosa. Mostro minha indignação pela falta de empatia da proprietária e por ter tido danos com respingos de tinta pelo meu carro a qual a proprietária falou, " É só lavar que sai". Tudo poderia ser perfeito se as pessoas tivessem empatias pelas outras, assim poderíamos entender e evitar brigas desnecessárias.
