The apartment has been recently renovated & decorated. From the open plan living room, you can enjoy scenic mountain views over the town, and from the two bedrooms fabulous panoramic sea views.

Entrance and outside space.
Entering from the front of the building through the communal hallway the apartment is on the third floor. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues. There is some seating in the front garden and private parking at the rear of the building. FREE parking outside and paid parking opposite the main beach car park.

The main sitting area enjoys fabulous scenic mountain views over the town. With sloping ceilings, feature beams, carpet flooring, an original Victorian feature fireplace (not in use), Electric ‘woodburner style' heater. A cosy corner sofa, flat-screen SMART TV with Freeview.
Dining area.
With sloping ceilings, feature beams, a real wood table, and 4 hi-back leather dining chairs.
Kitchen area.
A brand-new kitchen next to the dining area has cream wooden units with marble-look worktops, sink with a drainer & mixer tap plus tiled walls. A built-in oven, electric 4 ring hob & extractor hood over, microwave, and fridge/freezer box. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect in a well-presented holiday apartment.
Family Bath/Shower room.
Bath with shower over the bath, pedestal wash-hand basin, toilet, full floor & part wall tiling, heated towel rail, and mirror. Next to the bathroom is a cupboard with an iron, airier & ironing board. (sorry no washing machine)
Bedroom ONE - sleeps 2
With sloping ceilings, fabulous sea views, double-size white metal frame bed, twin wardrobe with shelves, 2 bedside tables. Electric heater. Both the bedrooms are carpeted.
