FALSE ADVERTISING FOR BREAKFAST
Kitchen ran out of food way before breakfast scheduled to end and lady was very rude & dismissive about it. If breakfast is until 10, it should be supplied til then. Others and i didn't receive the advertised FREE BREAKFAST & weren't compensated.

Filthy.
First room had a door that was literally broken and didn’t fully lock. Second room only had new sheets and towels. All surfaces of tables, counters, closet shelves, and side tables were filthy and not cleaned.

A great place to stay! Our room wasn’t quite ready when we got here so I wasn’t able to use the one key. But the front desk staff quickly got us situated in a different room. The room was spacious, clean, had everything we needed. I especially love the ceiling fan in the bedroom. We will definitely stay here again!

Pretty Disappointing
This was once a nice hotel. I believe it is under new mgmt and it’s pretty apparent of the attention to care is lacking. Now it’s clearly very unkept. The hallway floors are pretty dirty and grimy. The carpet around the elevators is disturbing. The hotel hallways were freezing. Clearly the heat is not run during the winter. The breakfast buffet is pretty disappointing.

Very nice workers there
I had a wedding at 1:30 PM and the check in time was at 3:00 PM and them helped me to have an early check in without extra charge and I can be on time in my event thanks them.

Didn't live up to the Hilton Name
We had stayed here once before and were excited to come back a few months later. I have to say it was a bit of a let down. It was not as clean as previous visit and I had to take a cold shower the second day because there was no hot water. Several small repairs were needed in the room. Some wallpaper was peeling in the hallway. It looked like someone had tried to break into our room at one point due to damage to door and frame. Just alot of small things that gaves us a not so good feeling. On a positive note. The bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast options were good. There is plenty of space and it's nice having a small kitchen space. Would be especially nice for an extended stay provided they fix the hot water situation. We had no safety issues and there are doors that lock on the outside. Feel like they should probably replace any damaged doors though.
