First of all I did not like how I was not able to check into my room with out my boyfriend being there! I did not know that he has to fill out a credit card authorization form! He was at work and I was not about to pull him out of work to check into a reservation that is in my name! I have worked at a lot of hotels and that is not the case! Also since when do you have to give dirty towels to the front desk agent to get clean ones? I have never had to do that, all I had to do was call the front desk and they would bring me towels. Is this a new rule? Plus I am was not comfortable with my stay at all! The gym was closed! Did not have a business center to print my work stuff off and then the free breakfast was small muffins, oatmeal in a bag, one piece of fruit and stale bread! No coffee in the rooms and I pretty much wasted my time there! I will never be back to that place again! I don’t understand how you can give a free breakfast with only 2 things to chose from!

Staff very indifferent. Common lobby bathroom not clean. Pool area remote and felt unsafe also pool cleaner still in pool during open hours with a long cord across the pool. Room not clean and humid. Clothes (underwear and shorts) from previous guest still in the bathroom.
