Located on Tybee Island’s North End, 37B has a spectacular view of the ocean (Savannah River Entry) and Hilton Head, access to lighted tennis courts, pool facilities, and gas grill, with picnic area. The owners took their time to make sure this unit has everything needed for a great vacation. Located on the 2nd floor the view of the beach is amazing, from the wonderful porch you can access from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room features cable TV, sliding glass door going out to private balcony and open dining room area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel like you are at home. Full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king bed with private master bath, TV and sliding glass door that leads out to your private covered 7 X 35 deck, with views of the water. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and access to private bathroom. Covered parking for 2 vehicles.

It was a very clean unit in a great location. On the north end of the island, it is away from crowds but close to plenty of restaurants and a short drive to Savannah.

About as easy as you can get
The condo is located in a less crowded portion of the island. The facility and location are fine, especially for the price. The only issue that we had was parking. We have a full-size SUV that would not fit in our assigned parking space BUT there were unassigned spaces around the pool that we could use. There is a surprising amount of history to explore on Tybee Island that fills the gap for the lack of distractions you find at more commercial beaches. Overall, it was a very good stay, good facilities and an enjoyable time.

I love watching the cargo ships heading in and out of port and this condo had the perfect view. The condo was clean and convenient. We rented a golf cart which made traveling on the island much easier. Would stay again!

This was our third year staying at Lighthouse Point and our second year in a row staying in 37B. We absolutely love it in this area. The unit is perfect for us because of the location to the beach access and it’s in the unit with an elevator.

Very overrated!!!
We were not happy with the parking space!!!!! It was too small and we wrecked the front left bumper of our car by running into one of the poles!!! I was told by the owners that the beach was around the corner and it wasn't!!!! It seemed like it was a mile away bc we had to drag our beach chairs umbrellas and wagons across the sand dune hills!! We will never recommend this place to anyone!! We are in our 69s and my 82 year old mother struggled to get on and off the beach!!!!!!! Never again!!!!

Great location at Tybee
This was our first time at Tybee and we loved the location of Lighthouse Point. Beach is this area not crowded and loved our view from the balcony. My only complaints were the bathroom sinks had no drain plugs and wifi was not great. Never could connect to the wifi associated with this condo. Not a huge deal so I didn’t report to office. Would definitely rent this condo again!

Needs a good cleaning and updating...location is great!
We got in late at night, so we were very tired, but did not realize that the keys to the apartment were in the management building a few blocks down the road offsite. Not too much of a big deal once we understood. However, upon arrival, my teen went to pull out the sofa bed and ewww... just eww.. M&Ms were stuck to the visibly dirty, stained, mattress. It was so nasty that my daughter shared the twin bed with her sister. The floors were sandy and there were hairs on our sheets along with stains. I just didn't get the feeling it had been cleaned very well. On top of that, there are very minimal supplies available. No beach towels at all. Not enough sheets or blankets. Not what you would expect for a family stay. We overpaid way too much for this to not have the necessary supplies. I would rate this as a low-end hotel that you would find with a great view/beach access, but nothing in the area of comfort, convenience, or cleanliness. Disappointing for the big price tag.

We had a problem getting into the door initially then they said they would send a person to check the battery to make sure the lock mechanism would be working for our stay. That never happened. Turns out you had to use a trick to make it work properly. Other than that and the fact that the parking was in between NARROW pillars under the property so we had to park where the additional parking was supposed to be the place was great. Nice view. Was in a residential area so had to drive if we wanted to do anything in town. But was a good place to stay.

Loved our stay in Tybee and hope to return soon. The unit was great, very clean. Loved the view and location. Very quiet on this end of the island but several restaurants/bars that are walkable and its a nice walk. The pools are great and kept very clean as is the whole property. The beach is incredible and was cool having the Lighthouse almost always in the background unless we were checking out the containerships. One of my favorite things about Tybee is the varied beaches. There are basically 5 of them and each is a little different as far as the waves go. The waves are pretty tame on the Lighthouse Point beach, a little bigger around the corner at North Beach and down at Tybee Beach by the pier the waves are more active and big enough they even have people surfing. Didn't do all we wanted in a week but was a perfect place for a beach/pool/beach/pool vacation.

The condo was comfortable and not extravagant (with kids, we’re wary of decor that seems too precious or breakable). The location is unbeatable and our kids loved the pool! Porch closet was full of beach chairs to borrow and we also enjoyed the gas grills to cook out one night of our stay.

Parking too tight
The property was nice. Pretty expensive, but view was beautiful. Upon arrival, I pulled into assigned parking spot. Boards positioned where you could not get out! Tried to pull back in, bolt on side of board ruined my front tire. Spent one entire day of my vacation, getting a new tire. If you drive a SUV, you need to park in unmarked open parking spots. Also, need signs pointing to elevator.

First, we love this place! So we stayed here in the past, but didn’t know it because the photos are a little dated. The bedroom looks much better than pictured, the master bath is newly renovated, and the outdoor storage is stocked with beach toys. Had a great check-in and we’ll soon return.

Lighthouse condo
When we arrived we turned on the heat which smelled of burning and set the smoke alarm off but kept beeping. We had to buy a new battery and deal with the alarm noise. Not a great start to our vacation. We turned the hot water on and a really bad sulpher odor filled the condo, we had to research and found we had to completely empty the hot water heater which took more of our vacation time and then the sinks and tub/showers had black sludge in them. This condo could have been great, but these initial problems should have been taken care of before we arrived. We called to report the problems as they happened and upon checkout no compensation, only an apology. I think a discount of the cleaning fee would have been fair. Not acceptable, would NOT stay here again nor recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at 37B. The kitchen would benefit having a few more pieces of cutlery, measuring cups, and placemats. Other than that, we loved the view and the table on the deck.
