***Max 8 Guests: Up to 8 guests allowed, including children and infants. For larger groups, search “EnglishPrairieBnB” to find our 8-bedroom listing, which accommodates more guests. Honest Guest Count: Be accurate with the number of guests in your reservation. Guest Count = Daytime and overnight.
***No Pets at This Listing: Pets are not allowed at this 4-bedroom property. Bringing a pet will result in a $1,000 fee or cancellation of your booking. However, pets are welcome at our 8-bedroom listing.
***Respect the Community: Twin Lakes values harmony and has strict short-term rental guidelines. Let’s preserve the peace for our neighbors and maintain our license.
***Fireworks & Parties Prohibited: Fireworks are not allowed by city ordinance, and parties with loud noise, excessive intoxication, or exceeding max 8 guest counts are strictly forbidden. Noise monitoring and outdoor cameras help ensure everyone’s safety and compliance.
***Smoke-Free Indoors: Smoking tobacco or marijuana indoors is prohibited. Note: Possessing marijuana in the state of Wisconsin is illegal. Smart smoke detectors will notify us if smoking is detected indoors, and a $1,000 fee will apply. Feel free to enjoy smoking outdoors.
***Quiet Hours: From 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, let’s keep the noise down to ensure restful nights for everyone. This is strictly enforced. We monitor noise levels 24x7. We will text, call, visit you in person, cancel your reservation with no refund, and keep your deposit if we receive persistent noise violations notifications that go unaddressed.
***Neighborhood Awareness: Our property is surrounded by neighbors on three sides with one neighbor only 80 feet away. Please act respectfully, like a local resident, to embrace the community spirit.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
***We appreciate your mindfulness of this layout for your comfort and safety. For everyone’s security, we have video surveillance around the exterior of the home and in locked owner closets. These measures ensure the safety of our property and peace of mind for all.
BACKYARD CAUTION
***The backyard slopes towards the busier road, so please supervise small children at all times when outside. Your safety is our top priority, and we urge vigilance to ensure a pleasant and secure stay.

*** This deposit serves to protect the property and maintain a safe, high-quality experience for all guests. The deposit will be fully refunded within 3–5 business days following checkout, provided no damages, rule violations, or issues are identified.
*** Big Toy Stays LLC (BTS), the operator of EnglishPrairieBnB, retains sole discretion over the partial or full forfeiture of this deposit. Deductions may result from, but are not limited to, exceeding the guest limit, property damage, violations of house rules, or concerns flagged by indoor noise monitors or outdoor security cameras.
*** By submitting the deposit, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all house rules and booking terms. The deposit refund process is managed exclusively by Big Toy Stays LLC and is not subject to the control or discretion of VRBO, the guest, or any third party.
