Old and not real clean. Good breakfast and comfortable bed. TV did not have Fox sports channels. Good HVAC. Grundy carpet everywhere. Nice staff. Too expensive and poor value for non/remodled facility.

There was a problem at check in where they couldn't find the two rooms that were booked. We then had to book another room and a little while longer, we realized that the one room was under another name. Hotels.com and the Holiday Inn Express resolved the problem and refunded the one room.

We stayed here specially to relax in a hot tub...Well the pool area was filthy! The hot tub had a layer of scum 2 inched thick around the bottom it was not hot at all. The pool looked clean but again not heated...terrible experience. But the gal at the front desk was nice.

Nice hotel and a way better breakfast than most. It was mostly clean. Rooms were good size. Tv and mini fridge and Keurig were nice. Pool area was extremely hot and humid making you feel like you might past out. And I’m pregnant and was told I’m not aloud to have a water bottle in there so can’t stay here again till after the baby. So I didn't get to enjoy that as much. They did have a little area to buy snacks and water. They had some complimentary lemonade that was nice.

I really like to find a property with a very nice pool and Jacuzzi that’s my highlight. That being said this pool was not clean and fresh. It had bugs and Band-Aids in the pool and the Jacuzzi was running, but there was an issue with filter sand in the bottom of the Jacuzzi. I did mention this to the staff as just a comment not as a complaint so that they could casually address it. I figure almost $200 a night on a hotel that these amenities would be under better control. The staff was really nice and our room was very clean and very prompt housekeeping service , if the pool and Jacuzzi were cleaner, we would love to return to this facility

Absolutely LOVE these Express & Suites!! They never disappoint and you know what you’re going to get:). My hubs & I needed a break from the fires in Boise County and this was our first time here! Great Night
The room was clean bed comfortable The toilet chain came off couple times but they were right there to fix it Staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good Close to shopping and restaurants The black out curtains have a couple of holes and the leather chair cushion was worn but not a problem for us would definitely stay again
