The Ivory 20 is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Tweed Heads, only a few hundred metres from Coolangatta. Recently completed, The Ivory is modern and stylish with beautiful features and finishes throughout.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor and features lovely views of the Tweed river and even Mount Warning in the distance.

The Ivory 20 has reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning to the living room/main bedroom/2nd bedroom. The third bedroom (middle) offers ceiling fans only. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and offers 2 x queen beds and 1 x double bed.

The loungeroom is light and airy and equipped with comfortable, stylish furnishings and flat screen smart TV. It leads though to your own private balcony featuring lovely views of the Tweed river and surrounding hinterland including Mount Warning.

Cooking and entertaining is easy in the modern fully equipped kitchen featuring stone benchtops, gas cooktop and new appliances including dishwasher and coffee machine.

There are 2 bathrooms - master with ensuite, both with walk in showers and an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The Ivory also features a generous communal rooftop terrace balcony and is the perfect spot to enjoy the panoramic views over the ocean and river. There is secure parking for one car and lift access to the apartment.

The Ivory 20 is also pet friendly, so even your dog can join you while you relax on holidays!

The Ivory is located a stones throw from the Tweed River and foreshore where a lovely waterside path leads into Coolangatta, where you'll find a huge range of shopping and dining options and of course, the beautiful beach. The Ivory is also conveniently located close to Tweed Bowls Club, Tweed Centro Shopping Centre and Twin Towns Services Club.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive north of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. A friend and I stayed here for the weekend so we could focus on our businesses and get some work done. Loves the space The peace and quiet was perfect Access to the shopping centre was ideal, and the coffees we got from there fed our souls beautifully 😊 It’s a great little spot

Great Holiday Rental
We loved our stay the holiday rental team were a pleasure to deal with the unit was great nice and clean, pet friendly is a huge plus for us, only small issue was some rather dodgy characters hanging around the river in tents and back of hospital, no problems with them just a little unpleasant the unit itself though is great, and really close to Coolangatta on bikes, lots of eateries nearby and a nice walk along the river.

Great Position
Fabulous spot with close proximity to river walks. Loved our stay. Disappointed there was no wifi, however. Smart tv and unable to use it.

It was disappointing that there is no balcony furniture, no dvd player and no wifi available. For the price paid to stay at this property I don't think it is too much to expect. The location is very good.

The rug provided on the floor was full of Sand
Would of been nice for chairs on the balcony and a barbeque on the roof. But other wise we had a nice relaxing stay very quiet apartment block and street.
