Here you can enjoy the sun and look at the water. Or you can jump into the water to cool off. The cottage is also well suited for fishing. The main house has an open kitchen solution, which becomes a natural meeting place in the evening. The house further has a bathroom, two bedrooms and a loft with two mattresses. In the adjoining house are two single beds.

The surrounding area invites you to go hiking and depending on the season you can pick numerous berries and mushrooms. Be sure to visit Tvedestrand, the town on three levels. Many boutiques, cafes, restaurants as well as a shopping center. In summer the municipality organizes many regattas, in different boat classes. In the beautiful village of Gjeving there are boat rentals, book hotel (!) and the ferry to Lyngør, Norway's best preserved village. Golf course and railroad museum in Nes Verk. Also Risør, the white town at the Skagerak is worth a visit. To the zoo in Kristiansand it is only 1 hour.

If the travel group is larger, you can still rent the neighboring house NAS011. The two houses share a walkway with stairs and the boat dock.

Attention: Steep stairs outside and there is a 250 m walkway with stairs through the forest to the house.

A garage can be rented for a fee.

House with wonderful view!
Beautiful location, great house but a bit short on lighting and on cooking pots. But on the whole we had a great stay.

Könnte besser sein.
Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus sind etwa 330 m inklusive einiger Meter an Höhenunterschied, die mit dem Gepäck bewältigt werden müssen. Da der Weg auch naturbelassen ist, können z. B. keine Rollkoffer gezogen werden. Ansonsten ist das Haus immer noch in dem Zustand wie in vorherigen Bewertungen zum Teil bereits beschrieben. Vieles ist defekt oder nicht mehr zu gebrauchen (z. B. Lampen, Töpfe und Pfannen deren Antihaftbeschichtung abgeht). Die Möbel haben im Wohnbereich einen sagen wir mal gewöhnungsbedürftigen Geruch. Die Aussicht ist aber sehr schön und wenn die ganzen Makel weg sind, wäre es eine sehr schönes Ferienhaus.
