Never disappointed
I have to come to Orange County weekly or sometimes twice a week. This hotel has never disappointed me. It is super clean inside and out, staff is welcoming and the parking is great.

Because I was traveling alone I picked one double bed room that was the smallest room and the very end of the building which was next to a bushy, dark area where someone can be hiding. This room has no fridge, no microwave. So my leftover food had to be wasted. Walk-in shower was nice and big. Water pressure was very good. They charge you a security deposit of $50 which they haven’t credited me yet 6 days after I left. They said they had to check the room before credit back. Well how long do they need to check that tiny room?! 5 minutes? It’s a bad practice to charge you a security deposit and don’t give it back to you when you leave. Other places who charge you security deposit, they would refund it right on the spot when you check out. Front people are not friendly either. I wouldn’t recommend to stay at this place.

My dog had surgery at Veterinary surgical specialist, it was less than ten minutes from this hotel. The staff was friendly and allowed me to check in early. It was clean, nicely refurbished, modern vibe, pretty greenery and pool, close to lots of food options. It was an overall great stay! I highly recommend
