Check in was a breeze despite the late hour. Jeneva at the front desk was very personable and rest of staff very helpful as well. Clean room, substantial free breakfast, and secure feeling for a good night's sleep.

Extremely poor service. Lady at the front desk gave me a smoking room despite repeated request and then changed it to another smoking room. Found ash trays in the room. Very poor management. Will not recommend for non smokers.
