Welcome to Historic Haven!
This unique home is only 0.8 miles Southwest of Bryant-Denny Stadium. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it sleeps up to 6 people (this includes adding 2 airbeds for an extra charge). The home is walking distance to the stadium, downtown, and UA strip with many restaurant and bar options available! There is a full kitchen supplied with everything you need to make a home cooked meal, however there is no dishwasher. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has 2 twin beds.
Outside there is a back porch with a grill, table, chairs and an umbrella, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Alabama weather. There is also a gorgeous front porch which is wonderful for viewing gameday activity heading to the stadium!
The Historic District:
This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa's Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise - inside after 10:30, visitor restrictions, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.
Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more!
This is an owner occupied property that vacates when it is rented. If you find some of the owner's personal items in the condo, this is why.
