If you are looking for a convenient and adorable place to stay, Elegant Elephant is it! When you walk into the condo, you step foot into the kitchen and living room area. The kitchen is open to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a meal or tailgate snacks! Even though the space is compact and cozy, there is still a washer and dryer available for guest use!

The Bedroom & Bathroom:
There is one private bedroom with a King sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. There is a queen pull out sofa in the living room. The sleeper sofa supplies are located in the footstool at the foot of the king bed.

The Balcony:
There is a wrap around balcony that overlooks the lively surrounding campus housing area with an award worthy view of Bryant Denny Stadium! Enjoy plenty of seating while taking in the Gameday and Campus atmosphere!

The Complex:
Upon arrival, you will have access to 1 parking spot only. There is one elevator for the complex. There is a concrete courtyard with some seating and Cornhole boards!

*Parking is strictly enforced at this complex. A parking pass must be visible in your dashboard or you will be towed. One pass is provided in the unit for your use.

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
