Welcome to Bama Bungalow!

This adorable home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can hold up to 7 guests. The home is only 1.1 miles from the stadium and there is a wonderful park for the kids to play at nearby. The living room has plenty of space to hang out with family and friends! Included in the living room are board games, perfect to play on a rainy day or when you need a break from Alabama's beautiful nature! The living room flows right into the dining room where everyone can sit and enjoy time together during a delicious meal made in the beautiful kitchen. Whether you want a cup of coffee, to cook out on the grill, or just a snack, Bama Bungalow is stocked with all you will need during your stay. The kitchen has everything you will need including: two coffee machines and a coffee starter set, grilling equipment, and every kitchen tool you could need for a perfect home-cooked meal! Outside there is an amazing fenced backyard green space and porch to sit and relax on as well as grill out!

Bedrooms:
The first bedroom has a king bed, desk for working, tv, and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The next bedroom has two twin beds and a tv. The final bedroom has a queen bed and tv as well. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. In addition to the three bedrooms there is a futon in a second tv room.

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people. *

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
