Casa de la Roca is a beautiful 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Moorish styled villa that benefits from breath taking views of beautiful mountains and picturesque valleys, and enjoys maximum all year-round sunshine, with a total of three separate patio terrace areas and a sunny westerly aspect that is almost unrivalled throughout the local area.
The property benefits from a totally private secluded walled Andalusian style courtyard complete with a private Wave Spa hot tub, an outside solar heated outside shower, shaded pergola and lovely lemon tree! This area is well equipped with ample outside seating and sunbeds, and is ideal for alfresco dining or soaking up the all-day sunshine, as are the other terraces, one ideally equipped for breakfast and the other for relaxing in the comfortable outside furniture whilst enjoying a sundowner and watching the most amazing sunsets.
The villa also has use of a large communal swimming pool and is conveniently positioned literally just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the village, where guests can enjoy the facilities that include a fabulous Moroccan styled restaurant, local bar, tennis (small fee) and petanque courts. There are also many great walks around the beautiful mountains and other facilities nearby include restaurants in Cortijo Grande valley below and in nearby Turre (10 mins drive) where there are local shops, supermarkets, banks & cafes, etc, as well as a weekly local market.
This charming villa is perfect for 2 couples sharing or a family of 4, as it has 2 separate double bedrooms both with their own private en-suite bathroom. However it is worth noting that it may not be suitable for families with very young children, as the second bedroom & bathroom are located across the private internal courtyard and therefore separate from the main house.
Casa de la Roca is beautifully presented & equipped, with a bright & airy open plan lounge/dining room with traditional domed ceiling, a fully fitted kitchen with granite worksurfaces, large fridge/freezer, electric oven/gas hob and a dishwasher, etc. There is a great gas hotplate/BBQ in the internal patio, ideal for steaks or fish, and a further outside useful utility room housing washing machine and clothesline.
The property also benefits from air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, reclining sofas and wall mounted TV.

All the magic of Sierra Cabrera in Andalucia!
Extraordinary property set in the nature of Andalucia. Our holiday was perfect thanks to the wonderful villa owned by Graham and Jacqueline, very kind and efficient hosts! The villa has every possible comfort and facilities and is kept with the utmost care and cleanliness; also we will not forget the beautiful view from the terraces of the villa and our aperitifs during the Andalusian sunsets. The Accommodation was delightful. Tastefully decorated. Very relaxing, with lovely views, home from home. The whole area was friendly and made us feel very welcome.......we did not want to leave. One small criticism, the kitchen got extremelly hot, but this is in July. Luckily we could cook outside.

COMODIDAD, VISTAS ESPECTACULARES Y BUEN SERVICIO
La casa es muy bonita, amplia y cómoda con vistas espectaculares, tanto al amanecer, como al anochecer. Situada en un lugar absolutamente tranquilo en mitad de la Sierra. Ningún ruido en todo el día (y noche). Dispone de todos los servicios y está muy cerca de Mojácar. Fácil acceso a todas las playas. La piscina comunitaria es perfecta. Estuvimos solos casi todos los días. Para llegar hay una carretera de montaña que sube desde Turre, un poco angosta, pero vale la pena por la tranquilidad y las vistas. El apartamento estaba limpio y disponía de todo lo necesario para instalarse inmediatamente. Una experiencia muy agradable.
