The worse hotel ever: horrible decoration, hearing the neighboring room’s occupants using the toilet or the shower. Bad lighting overall but especially in the bathroom

Hei Anna-Liisa,Kiitos mahtavasta arviostasi ja palautteestasi!Ihanaa, että olet viihtynyt meillä mainiosti. Ikävä tosin, että katumelu on kantautunut huoneeseen saakka, mutta hienoa, että vierailu on siitä huolimatta ollut mukava kokemus. Toivottavasti näemme pian uudelleen!Hyvää joulun odotusta!

Aamupala ei ollut kovin laadukas ja aamupalaravintolatila oli sekava sekä keskellä sisään ja uloskulkijoiden virtaa. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli ruuhkautunut ja self check poiskäytöstä. Huoneen sisustus ei ollut viihtyisä. Huoneessa olevat pesuainetuotteet eivät olleet laadukkaita. Huoneet olivat erittäin hiljaiset, joka oli miellyttävää. Parkkihalli oli ahdas ja paikkaa ei voinut varata, mikäli tarvitsi autoa vielä saman päivän aikana käyttöönsä.

Huoneiden sistus juontaa juurensa hotellin alueen historiaan ja sen teollisuuteen. Välitän kehityskohteenne eteenpäin, jotta voisimme parantaa palveluamme tulevaisuudessa.Mukavaa kuitenkin, että huoneen hiljaisuus on miellyttänyt.Mukavaa joulunodotusta!
