Fantastic studio rooms. Nice treats. Great coffee, quality chocolate and toiletries. Pulls out all the stops with gym passes and yoga classes. But for me falls short on providing reassurance with their keyless entry system and poor WhatsApp communication. For ,e I prefer a key and if 24/7 contactability is offered it has to be guaranteed.

Had everything we could want as well as some thoughtful additions we didn’t think of. Bob W. Really makes an effort to make things”green”, supportive of local businesses. We appreciate his efforts! By the way if you’re not familiar with parking in Finland, You can park on the street, and pay for parking overnight (no charge) and into the next day.

World friendly, great value and convenient
Our room was a very convenient, clean and thoughtful place that looked out over the main square (but was not noisy). Bob W has partnerships and promotes local artists, businesses, breakfast partners and even a gym. The products used are organic and world friendly. I only wish it had a place to sit as we waited for our room to be open. Nevertheless, I’d definitely recommend it and come again.

Brand new hotel with great location
The check-in process was a bit difficult and I had to contact Hotels.com a couple of times to get the online check-in done. However, after that, communication was excellent by Whatsapp. The room was brand new and had several small gifts for us. The pillows could be firmer but otherwise everything was excellent.

Excellent. More than I expected. It felt very personal without it being manned by a reception. Questions over WhatsApp were quickly managed, friendly and efficient. Apartment/room was full of locally made furniture etc, with info about them. My only gripe was the linen could have been softer. Felt a bit tough. Maybe it was new…?

Jos kaipaat helppoutta ja keskeistä sijaintia, on Bob W loistava valinta. Sisäänkirjautuminen tehtiin etukäteen, joten tulopäivänä riitti kun naputteli koodin ulko-oveen. Plussaa avaimettomuudesta, jolloin ei riskiä siitä, ettei pääsisikään huoneeseen takaisin. Huone on kauniisti sisustettu ja siisti päälipuolin. Plussaa puhtaista lattioista. Sakset olivat likaiset, mutta tämä voi olla huoneistohotellien yleinen ongelma, kun ei ole varmuutta, miten astiat on puhdistettu edellisen/edellisten majoittautujien kohdalla, sillä kylpyhuoneessa on allas, muttei tiskiainetta tai harjaa. Viihdyimme hyvin, joten jatkoimme varaustamme yhdellä yöllä ja viestitellessäni hotellin työntekijän kanssa varauksen jatkaminen onnistui samaan huoneeseen. Asiakaspalvelu oli ystävällistä, nopeaa ja englanninkielistä WhatsAppin kautta. Pientä miinusta kylpyhuoneen liiketunnistimella tapahtuvasta valaistuksesta, sillä kesken suihkun ei ole mukavaa kun valot sammuvat ja tulee pilkkopimeää. Tämä on kuitenkin pientä 😉 Sänky, peitto ja tyynyt eivät olleet kaikkein mukavimmat. Sängyn olisi varmasti saanut paremmaksi jos olisi petauspatjan kääntänyt ympäri, mutta siihen ei nyt lähdetty 😄 Tulisimme mielellään uudelleen tänne❣ Oli myös hienoa kuinka kivasti vieraat oli huomioitu, sillä oli huoneessa oli vegaanista suklaata (hienoa kun erikoisruokavaliot huomioitu) ja kangaskassi. Plussaa polaroid kamerasta jota sai lainata 📸
