Juvarra Point by Wonderful Italy

Charming apartment in the center of Turin with a view of the city's rooftops in the historic Juvarra building.

The house is located on the fifth floor of a building without an elevator. The entrance opens onto a balcony that leads to the kitchen equipped with an oven, kettle and microwave. The living area is furnished with a sofa, television and dining table; a curtain in the center of the room divides the sleeping area with a queen-size bed, from the rest of the living room.
A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

At guests' disposal: free WiFi and heating.

Pets weighing less than 10 kg are welcome, at an extra charge of €20 per pet per stay.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Turin offers attractions for every taste, from outdoor activities to gastronomy. For a stroll among the greenery and the scent of flowers, you can visit the Botanical Garden of Turin built on the left side of the Po River, and the famous Valentino Park close to the historic center. Today the province stands as Italy's best center for chocolate processing, and every year the "Cioccolatò" event is inaugurated with parties, events and tastings.
For a tasting of typical Piedmontese dishes, the Solferino Restaurant and Consorzio Restaurant are not to be missed.

Si può fare
Struttura carina ma non con tutte le comodità, bagno molto piccolo e 5 piani di scale piuttosto faticosi. C’è un bollitore ma manca una macchina per il caffè espresso ( infondo siamo in Italia!). Per il resto tutto ok, specialmente la posizione che rende raggiungibile diversi punti strategici

Very good situation.
It's really shameful that Wonderful Italy is offering this property for rent to tourists, and at such a high price! Water damage has damaged part of the ceiling in the lounge area, giving rise to a permanent smell of saltpetre, that the rental company is trying to mask with air fresheners. What's more, the shower cubicle is in an obvious state of disrepair, with mould around the edges of the tray and chipped tiles. When I read on the Wonderful Italy sales brochure that "We carefully select apartments...always guaranteeing a high-quality service during your stay. We make sure the chosen accomodation is ready to welcome you for the vacation of your dreams", it is commercial dishonesty and fraud!

Studio dans le centre de Turin
Le logement est confortable et bien meublé. La literie est excellente. Il très bien situé pour tout faire à pied (musées, centre historique, marchés ...) avec commerces, cafés et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. Ce serait bien d'avoir un climatiseur plus efficace.
