The first room we checked into had obviously not been cleaned. Went down to the front desk and she profusely apologized and switched our rooms, and upgraded us to a suite. It was clear that the new one had been cleaned and we didn’t have any issues after that.

Disatisfied from Arkansas!!
Although our room was nice enough, I had requested a walk-in shower, because my Husband is in a wheel chair. We did not get a handi-capped equipped room. The room was NOT wheelchair accessible, and our coffee maker didn't have a coffee pot, and the Front Desk couldn't provide one. We had traveled to Tupelo for a Family Reunion; and, when we returned at the end of the day, our beds hadn't been made, nor were our used towels and wash rags replaced. Only the trash was taken out. The breakfast in the lobby was minimally adequate. The biscuits tasted a week old. The hotel, itself, was hard to find. Needless to say, we won't stay there again.

The hotel could use updated. We were somewhat disappointed. The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t work. The shower had some black mold around the bottom. Checkin took about 40 minutes. The receptionist was nice but a newer employee I believe and couldn’t get the payment right for 2 quests in front of us. The breakfast was a full breakfast and good. The employees i came in contact with were not very friendly.

I had problems with the heat in the room. The staff tried to fix but they gave me a new room and it worked fine. The breakfast was pretty impressive. I was expecting just pastries and juice. They had real over easy eggs, not scrambled. Ham, sausage, waffles, hash browns, cereal, biscuits and gravy, pastries. I was pretty impressed. They also had real bars of soap and real bottles of shampoo. Not the three jars they attach to the shower.
