Charming welcome, friendly place with outstanding views of Paipa and lake. Room was very clean with comfortable king bed, breakfast table and chimeny. Breakfast served daily at the room, includes abundant fresh fruit, natural juices, eggs, bread, coffee Any extra requirement was answered in prompt manner by Carmen , I highly recommend this spot.

Publicidad engañosa
En la publicidad de hospedaje del hotel se ofrecía SPA con piedras calientes y piscina, razón principal por la cual decidimos hacer la reserva. Para sorpresa de nosotros, una vez estando en el hotel, se nos informa que la piscina está llena de arena y sedimento por las fuertes lluvias y que no sirve la calefacción, por lo cual es decisión nuestra meternos o no a la piscina bajo esas condiciones. Esto se nos informo cuando ya estábamos en el establecimiento. Seguido a ello, al día siguiente cuando solicitamos el servicio de SPA con piedras calientes, la señora del hotel nos informa que no está disponible, que se debía programar con 1 día de anterioridad y que es un servicio adicional. Por lo cual, además de piscina, tampoco tuvimos acceso al servicio de SPA. Esto concluye en publicidad engañosa ya que nos desplazamos desde Bogotá para disfrutar lo que oficialmente ofrecía el establecimiento y habíamos realizado la reserva para que se aseguraran dichos servicios. Descaradamente, la señora no aplica ningún descuento y nos cobra el monto total de $230.000 pesos excusándose en que no puede rebajar nada ya que ella entonces le tocaría asumir impuestos y demás cobros, es decir que el cliente tuvo que asumir el 100% por un servicio INCOMPLETO!!!!!!!! No lo recomendamos pese a que las habitaciones son cómodas y el desayuno a la habitación es agradable. El costo nos parece extremadamente caro para no contar con un servicio adicional más que una simple habitación.
