I booked this hotel room for my elderly parents and the were kept in the dark for hours and they didn’t offer to change their room, I had to call them to change their room My parents didn’t feel comfortable and checked out the second day and the hotel refused to refund us the rest of our stay which was two more nights

Was not the first time to stay in this hotel. Very clean and located in the heart of Lac where it is close by good restaurants and Tunisia mall for shopping and so. The staff hospitality was excellent, however, when I reached out to the receptionists for some requests it took ages to do them, though that each single time, they would answer and tell this will be done/fixed immediately, it takes long and required s couple of reminders. This was mot what I experienced with Le corail in the past
