This two bedroom second floor apartment with water views in a perfect location, an easy level stroll to shops, the Rock Pool and Bowling Club.

The living room with comfy couches makes the most of the water views with large doors opening onto your private balcony and the kitchen comes fully equipped to create delicious meals but there are some great local restaurants within walking distance. Air conditioning in the loungeroom and Wi-Fi throughout will keep you comfortable and entertained all year round.

The master bedroom enjoys water views with a queen sized bed and an ensuite with toilet and shower. The second bedroom has a tri bunk (single over double). The family bathroom has a shower and separate bath. The laundry comes equipped with washing machine and dryer.

The Heritage complex has a swimming pool, half tennis court for guests to enjoy. There is a lift in the complex and secure parking.

This property had everything that you would need but as far as it being clean no, it was not. Filled with dust on the ceiling fan, filthy carpets with stains, skirting boards very dusty and one of the bathrooms filled with mould.

Tuncurry experience
Property was well presented. However quite a bit of traffic noise. Also ensuite shower was very petite but main shower was beautiful so we used that. Close to shops and particularly Woolworths.
