The Monarch Tumut - Heritage comfort

The Monarch Tumut is an iconic home in the heart of Tumut at the foothills of the snowy mountains. The centre of the home is the perfect place to watch the clouds roll by under the glass atrium that runs almost the entire length of the home. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and comfortable lounge will make it hard to leave to explore everything that the Snowy Valleys has to offer. You are a short walk to coffee and shops or the beautiful Tumut river. We have it all. Guests will enjoy having the whole house to themselves as well as beautiful gardens. The house is large and airy with high ceilings and a glass atrium roof in the main living area that has to be seen in person to be appreciated. Guests have access to the whole property. I offer a 'host free' experience so that you get to enjoy the property your own way. I am available by phone for any questions you may have so please do not hesitate to give me a call if needed. We are a 2 minute walk from the shops, coffee shops and restaurants of Tumut and right near the river and parklands. You can walk two minutes to the heart of Tumut for meals, coffee and essentials. Whilst the house can sleep 6 adults comfortably - we do have a 'sitting room' that includes a sofa bed. The sofa bed is suited for one adult or two children. We don't recommend the sofa bed for two adults but you are welcome to risk it!
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Stockwell Gardens. A hot tub is available. The vacation home includes amenities such as a kitchen and 3 bathrooms.
