The food was ok everything was kind of the same despite having multiple restaurants nothing stood out. The concierge was great. The spa was extremely over priced. There was literally better massage options outside the property with more options and 1/3 of the price. They had tons of pools which was great but not one single hot tub. Events ended extremely early for example they had a foam party but it went from 3-5.

We stayed in the Preferred Club Rooftop Master Suite with Plunge Pool, and it was truly incredible. The room was stunning, and the private rooftop with the plunge pool was such a beautiful, relaxing space — it felt so luxurious and peaceful. We spent time at the beach club, which was stunning! The beach is gorgeous, with soft sand and fun waves — the perfect combination for both relaxing and enjoying the water. The food was outstanding everywhere we ate. Every meal was delicious, and they even had an asado one night which was so fun! What really stood out, though, was the staff. The bartenders and servers throughout the resort were incredibly kind, funny, and attentive — always making sure everyone was having a great time and feeling taken care of. I truly have zero complaints. I loved every moment of our stay and would absolutely return. Secrets Tulum exceeded every expectation and delivered a perfect vacation experience.
