For most part everything is very neat and clean. They did fail to clean the room the last day but they took care once i notified the person at the front desk. Everybody is very friendly and professional.

Demasiadas fallas y deficiencias para su prestigio
Realmente son demasiadas fallas y deficiencias para un hotel de tal prestigio: Acceso a wifi y menú para room service los tienes que pedir en lobby, en vez de tener panfleto en habitación. La llave se desactiva fácilmente. Letrero “no molestar” no es respetado por mucama. El aire acondicionado no servía, un sólo socket de luz y las lámparas son de difícil acceso para prender, no te dan un sólo vaso, sólo una mini botellita de agua, un sólo jabón para todo, papel de baño y toallas rasposas de baja calidad, regadera sin presión, y para abrir válvula te mojas todo, la tv entra y se fija en canal Fiesta, y hay que dar varios pasos para salir y poder ver canales. En general, deja mucho que desear, y sí esperaba muchísimo más de una cadena de esta categoría
