We had a quick one night stay in Tulsa for a baby shower. The suite was perfect for what we needed. We were able to prepare everything for the shower in the kitchen. It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and checked us in very quickly.

Absolutely worst experience EVER
I lost my drivers license on the flight out to Tulsa from California. During tsa security check...the license fell out of my pocket at the airport. When I arrived at the hotel I explained what happened. I had other forms of Photo ID but they were extremely rude and adamant it had to be a driver license or nothing. I had already prepaid for my stay and had no other reservation....plus my Uber ride had already left me there as I didn’t antipate any problems. When I presented other forms of ID along with my credit cards, etc, the desk clerk then called CNN her manager and lied to her manager and told them I was someone else completely...a name that apparently was on the hotels “do not rent to list”. The manager kept calling me by the completely wrong despite my several attempts to correct them and show them my real name. They then told me I was an unwelcome customer from a prior stay and I was to leave the property and be escorted off the premises by the police. The plain and simple fact was it was my first visit to Tulsa to visit my son attending ORU. I explained that not only ha am I never been to Tulsa but I also most certainly have never once stayed at this hotel property. I was treated so rudely by the desk...asked to leave and never return. Despite all the time they new I was not the person they were associating me with. All because I was unfortunate enough to lose my driver license. I had other forms of ID!!!! I would never recommend this property to anyone. Terrible experience.
