Room for improvement
Attendants at front counter various times not available. We called to see if pool was heated before hand they said yes and it was not. Roaches in bedroom. Water not contained in shower. One quick shower and the bathroom floor was a pool. Beds uncomfortable. And couch/carpet retained cigarette smoke smell although smoking is “not allowed” someone had smoked in that room and you can smell it.

The elevator had a dirty sticky floor for over 24 hours. There were multiple water stains in the ceiling tiles. There was a missing ceiling tile and pink insulation sticking out of the ceiling and falling down on the floor in the main hallway. The carpet had stains all over it. The lobby furniture had stains.
