I love that they leave the hot tub going even if it cold after the pool is closed! Staff is fantastic & it is always clean & smells great.

Rt 66 Christmas Chute
Enjoyed our trip, we were there to go to Sapulpa for the Christmas Chute. The beds are a little hard, and there was dust everywhere like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. But the bathroom was clean and so were the beds. We weren’t there to stay in our rooms so it made due for what we needed.

Had a great stay at Osage, property is outside of Tulsa proper so plan accordingly if you visit. No shops or convenience stores near so hit those up before getting to the hotel.

Customer Service? Not really.
All of the customer service at the Osage Casino Hotel was subpar. No one appeared happy or eager to be of assistance. It had an “eye roll” feel with any question, and we are pretty easy low maintenance people.
