Terrible conditions…greatly disappointed no Hyatt
Hyatt was very disappointing! The staff was outstanding in every way however, the room was terrible. The heater nor the coffee maker worked! Had to have small personal heaters. The bathroom was appalling. The bathtub had long black hair in it. The floor had a lot of long black hair in the corners. The floor had something from a spill all in front of the sink. There was rust all over the bathtub with very poor repairs on the tub. If I had known I could upload pictures I would have taken several! Based on this stay at Tulsa downtown I would NOT stay at another Hyatt property.

The staff was friendly and we asked to have early check in. We was able to check in early because we had a wedding to attend. They had our rooms ready within 30min of arrival.

Thanksgiving weekend at Hyatt Tulsa downtown
We stayed in a handicap accessible room although we aren’t handicapped. But the accessible room was fine. Nice beds. Quiet location in the building. Tub/shower was great. Plentiful hot water. Clean towels and sheets. Friendly registration attendants at check-in and check-out.

We booked this property months in advance for an Aerosmith concert. When the concert was cancelled the hotel refused to cancel the reservation even though the cancellation request was over a month in advance. Do not use this Hotel!

I was not impressed with the room, bathroom was extremely small; the soap and shampoo rack was placed in wrong place making it difficult to turn in shower; the refrigerator made a constant high pitch noise and the tube faucet not secured. Now! Let me address the restaurant— a total disappointment!! We order an appetizer and the meal. The appetizer was served with the meal but one meal was delivered, when asked about it, I was told the item ordered was temporary out. The staff was not attentive!! Don’t waste you time and money one this place, hotel or restaurant! My next stay will be the hotel that delivers —— Hampton Inn.

Recommend staying here.
Everyone was very friendly and the room was very clean. Only thing I could say was I think the a/c was not working properly. But it was cool enough to sleep. I am already planning a get away with the hubby.

It was overall a comfortable and quiet stay for us in the room, but several issues. Walking into the lobby, someone was vaping marijuana in the sitting area. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful with our needs. The 15th floor Hyatt Club room was very low on supplies/food and pretty dirty. We hope it will be checked regularly. Also, need better security around the garage. There was one homeless man sleeping in the garage elevator and another who just walked out of the other elevator leaving an unopened condom and cigarettes on the floor. The smell and appearance of urine was by the garage elevators. Had to ask security to come and move them out. Not a good situation.

I love the free shuttle to and from the hotel. Very nice bedding and pillows, and great water pressure from the shower. The room is clean and smells good. Hotel is right in the middle of the arts district.
