We discovered our sink would not drain as soon as we got settled into the room. They did offer to move us or look at it and since we had unpacked we opted for them to look but they could not fix it. The staff was very nice. We left a garment bag behind and they kept it. We picked this hotel largely for the pool and it was down. Wish we would have known.

Hotel grounds are horrible. Overgrown bushes and grass make this hotel look abandoned. Inside is better but still need some work. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Just need to landscape and clean up outside

Bed was super uncomfortable. The tub was peeling some type of coating or paint. Caused scratches on my body. Biscuit I got with my breakfast was so hard it was like it was a day old. Also tried to over charge me not once but twice. First time for well over $200.

This property needs maintenance badly. Broken shower hook. Holes from the previous towel rack. The light by the bed was broken. The landscaping outside the hotel needed some weeding. Sink needs something to regulate the water pressure better. This hotel was not up to standard of a Hampton.

Property grounds need some attention, grass is overgrown and unseemly. There needs to be updating and touch ups done in the rooms. There’s an awful sour smell coming off the elevator that they’ve attempted to cover with an abundance of air freshener.
