This property is next to high visitor attractions. The two times we visited found the mattresses to be over used and sagging. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. They are pet friendly and that was big plus for us. The property was safe but the parking lot is small and can get packed fast. 4 out of 5 stars for us due to the mattresses.

Very convenient for the state fair. The front desk lady was great. The room kinda dirty and rundown and the internet was very slow but we didn’t stay much in the room but to sleep after the state fair, so all in all the convenience out weighted the other stuff.

What You See Is Not What You Get Inside
The room was clean. Bed mattress worn. Floor dipped down in some spots. There policy was "no refunds". So we drove all night to be sure we checked in before 11:00. For a "main-event" location (next to the EXPO arena) one would expect more. The staff was friendly. Serving area was clean. Good location for family travel.
