Hotel is not bad they just have a pest problem ther are a lot of insects/fleas in the room not recommended at all kids where eve scared to go to sleep

Tons of homeless people walking around outside and asking for money. Felt very unsafe. Air conditioning was not on in hallways contributing to overall warm hotel rooms. Key card would stop working every day and would have to go down to the front desk to get it reprogrammed.

Booked and paid for a double bed room, weeks in advance. When I checked in they did not have a double for me. Gave me a king sized bed and it looked like house keeping missed that room. Bed wasn't made, dirty towels all over the place and trash. 2nd floor smelled of sewer. Manager (Cher) was able to direct us to a different hotel and was prompt when Expedia called about my refund. That was the ONLY highlight for the hotel. We have stayef at this hotel several times in the past with no isdue. Don't know when it went down hill. Will not stay there again.

Wouldn't recommend. Check in too entirely too long as if the front desk has to find our reservation while checking to see if they even had a room for us. During this we watched a group of teens/ young adults come barging through the lobby making all kinds of noises and out the front door (should have took this as a sign). Continue on to finally get our room card and have more people in/out of the lobby with all kinds of noise levels. Upon entering our room, I originally thought it was a decent place for our one night stay. Fast forward to about an hour and half later, we laid in bed trying to sleep while the air unit rattled like it was going to come off the wall and children (and adults) were up and down our hallway running, slamming doors, and yelling. At this point it was after mid-night, we called the front desk to ask for someone to please take care of these issues, they said they would. Before then, my husband had to step outside and ask those making all the noise to stop. It finally did. Only for use to exit the next Morning to see food, towels, and trash strewn all up and down the hall. The only good part of this was our leaving early the next morning.
