The lady at check in was chewing and popping her gum. We arrived 20min early, there was no early check in (fyi). The bed and room were adequate. The bathroom needed to be gutted. Old, small loose toilet, bathtub and walls all scarred up . Stains all over the baseboards. We had 2 dogs but there is no designated place to walk them. Signs posted everywhere 'dont walk your dogs here, only use designated areas" there were none! Alot of homeless people hanging around the hotel.

Horrible experience. We arrived after a 7 hour drive and were told they would not check us in. He said he saw we had a booking and had pre-paid - but since I used Expedia he could not check us in because his computer is outdated. I spoke with a manager on the phone who was a INCREDIBLY rude. He told me: "Its your fault for booking through Expedia...if you bought a used car private sale you don't have the right to complain to the dealer when it doesn't work out." What the heck is he even talking about???? He said - "Its your fault for using Expedia." No, sir...it is your fault for having zero customer service training. We walked next door and stayed at another hotel.

This place was bad from the time we stepped in the door. Guy at the front desk had no idea what he was doing. When we got upstairs looked around didn’t seem to bad. Went into the bathroom the bathtub was peeling mold and the vent looked like it had never been clean. Later that night I got up to use the restroom opened the door and there were roaches big ones and small ones. That morning we went to close the door and I always check well I’m glad I did because it wasn’t locked. Went down stairs to tell the person and she looked like she was half asleep. She called someone to go look at. We went on with our day well we got home that evening went up to the room my husband told me to try it with out the card and long and behold it was still broken. Went down stairs immediately told the guy we wanted a refund that we were not going to stay in an unsafe place.

The overall run down condition, worn & dirty furniture and broken ice machine were the first red flags. There were NO locks on the exterior doors by our room; which explains the homeless people on the second floor, where the working ice machine was. There were cockroaches in our bathroom and so much mold in and around the tub, we refused to shower. Elevators don’t work. Restaurant “permanently closed.” There were two small RV’s parked by the dumpster with people residing in them. We will never stay there again.

I wish i could give negative stars
Smelled bad and pictures do not match. There were cigarette burned holes in the bedding and the entire floor smelled like weed.
