Best hotel so far this year.
I've stayed in quite a few hotels this year and this one has been the best by far. Location was great. Beds comfortable and not dirty or stained. No bugs, which was a major plus seeing as 8 out of 10 I have stayed at did have bugs. Whole hotel smelled clean, another plus. Housekeeping was definitely on point. Quick check in and the guys checking in and out were both nice and cordial. Couldn't have asked for any better from a hotel. When a hotel has an almost full parking lot every night even though no holiday or special event going on you know they gotta be doing things right.

First, we have stayed here twice. It’s clean but our room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Second, we asked for help with putting closed caption on our tv (my husband is mostly deaf). The staff person told us it was not “in the package” yet the tv in the lounge, which he was watching, had closed captioning. Surely Microtel can do better!!!!

European type modern....
This motel was much like an European type modern. Nice, but the bathroom is not user friendly. There is little room to place toiletries. Otherwise the room and bath was very clean. Breakfast was minimal and not well stocked. Not a bad place to stay and had no problems....

The room was not cleaned well. The window would not close all the way … noise and a draft. Dead bugs, hair, dust, stains… breakfast was awful. I don’t know when the last time food service items were cleaned (I.e. pancake maker dropped very burnt crumbs onto plate while waiting and then onto freshly made pancakes, drink dispensers were sticky and dirty, no milk for cereal … sausages were obviously cooked before and recooked again and did not taste fresh, muffins were dry).

It looks like it was recently renovated. Bright and clean. The walls are a little thin as we could hear other rooms but it wasnt too bad. Breakfast could be laid out a little better--they had a pancake machine but no directions and no one around to ask--minor but just a suggestion

Best hotel for the money I have ever stayed in! Comparable to those costing twice as much. Room was clean, modern, and very comfortable mattress. Great free breakfast with free coffee and juice available 24 hours.
