The neighborhood is a very quiet community with golf cart or walking access to the lake. There is a path from the neighborhood to the marina.

Parking in the driveway only, HOA does not allow parking in the street or grass, Will hold 4 cars or 2 trucks
No Parties or Partying- The home is in a quiet neighborhood where homes are close together.
