This place is nice. The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. The photos are CGI and not how the actual hotel looks. There’s no pool or anything because a room to sleep in. They have some beer on tap in the lobby which is slick. The room was recently renovated which is nice, the tv service I’m assuming it was steaming because the audio and video were out of sync and I wasn’t to get it straightened out.

This place was a pleasant surprise after a tedious drive. We were greeted with complementary draft beer, wine and coffee on arrival. The staff provided a kindness that only comes from a well managed, family run business. The rooms were clean, with excellent beds, linens and pillows, which ensured a restful night sleep, with temperature perfection ( menopausal lady here). Our complementary breakfast order was taken the night before, and we were served a customized complementary breakfast as we walk through the lobby doors in the morning at our scheduled time. We will return!

This is a really clean and neat room. It felt ‘fresh’. Bathroom was nice size. Coffee in room was very weak, but coffee with the complimentary breakfast was great. Check in was easy and staff is very friendly. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine before heading out to dinner. Following reviews on Yelp, we had dinner at Yamato Japanese Steakhouse. The Hibachi stir fry was delicious! I highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

I’m not sure all the great wonderful reviews came for this hotel. Happy hour free breakfast fancy rooms. I should’ve knew better. Ha ha honestly since I booked through Hotels.com they could not help me in anyway I just paid the money and went and Stay at courtyard by Marriot in Murfreesboro. I called them and said I wasn’t staying. And they pretty much said they could’ve helped me if I didn’t go through Hotels.com. Oh well. Which again I might have gotten above my raising it just wasn’t for me. No big deal.

Clearly this is a bonnaroo cash grab. Front desk guy was friendly on check-in but once complaints were vocalized got very aggressive. Rooms are motel rooms, it was moldy smelling, toilet was not cleaned, and sheets were stale smelling. Not worth 500$ plus per night. I would not go back. When asked for a refund 10 min after check-in, front desk man was hostile. Stay far away. We ended up driving back both nights of bonnaroo to Nashville.

Loved our stay at LX Hotel. Everything was so nice. Check in was great. Complimentary drink upon check in. Rooms were comfy. Great price point. If we travel in the area again we will definitely stay here.
