We were on the 3rd floor. We could hear the man in the room next to us. He was loud. After my husband called management, we could no longer hear the man. In our room the toilet rocked and the bathroom door would not close. The lobby was clean with ice cold water and chocolate chip cookies waiting for us in the evening. In the morning we had a great selection of hot and cold breakfast items. They even had gluten free options which was a nice surprise.

The service was great the people were great my problem is that I was given a handicap room that I didn’t ask for but was given and didn’t need should have gotten a regular room and and the handicapped person should have gotten my room that makes more sense but what do I know?

Place was clean and staff were pleasant. This was a stop over on a long drive so just a place to rest/sleep. Only drawback would be the room window blackout curtains did not extend to cover the window. Not broken, just the tracks were short to prevent blocking AC. Parking lot lights were shining in all night. Not horrible, just felt like poor design choice. Shorter curtains could have allowed full range without blocking airflow.

Great stop off I-24. Tucked back so minimal freeway noise. Clean rooms. Nice outdoor patio with fire pit and gas grill. Very friendly staff.

I almost reserved a room at the hotel next door. It was more expensive and when I was looking online, I decided to book with Comfort Suites instead. I really thought my choice to save a few bucks was going to cause a less enjoyable experience. But, that was absolutely incorrect! Outside, the hotel was beautifully decorated for fall (which I loved!). The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel was very quiet. I do not know if anybody was even sleeping in our hallway, so we had zero noise. My kids enjoyed the pool. We brought our dinner in that evening and sat in the breakfast area and that was very comfortable. There was a fire pit going right outside the window and that ambience was very nice. Our room was very comfortable and perfect for us. The breakfast in the morning was very filling and satisfying. They had options for someone trying to eat healthier like me… hard boiled eggs, avocado, etc. My kids loved all the other things on the menu! I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the lobby, where my kids could get hot chocolate at any hour. I was able to get ice for my large tumbler. We were very, very satisfied with this hotel…probably more than just about any other hotel we have stayed in. I will make a point to try to stay in Manchester, Tennessee, again just so we can stay at this hotel!

Nice quiet hotel off to the side of the highway next to a Starbucks. Low traffic in the area. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive.
