Great location, simple but adequate
Location made walking everywhere easy. Easy check in and parking close by. Very simple and small but worked fine for my spouse and me. Loved being right by the Altstadt

Perfect accommodation also for business travel. Very convenient location, walkable from the station (there is also a bus stop near the flat to go back to station) and close to old town. Different upermarket choices within 5 to 15 min walking. The flat has a modern look, is clean and is equipped with everything necessary. Very comfortable staying. The flat faces a rather busy road: with closed windows it is well isolated from outside noise, in hot weather, with the window open, it can feel a little noisy. The landlord is very responsive to any query one may have; the set of instructions sent are very detailed and clear. I will definitely consider it again on a next trip to Tuebingen.

Gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt
gut ausgestattet, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings liegt die Wohnung am Stadtgraben, der Hauptverkehrsader Tübingens, d.h. die Verkehrsgeräusche sind sehr laut, zum Glück schließen die Fenster gut

Im Herzen der Altstadt
Das Apartment liegt gut in der Altstadt - alle Wege sind sehr leicht zu Fuß zu erledigen. Die meisten Fenster gehen zwar auf eine Straße, dennoch haben wir den Verkehr kaum als störend wahrgenommen. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe für ein Paar plus ggf. noch ein- zwei Kinder. Die Größe und Ausstattung ist ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen und würden sicher wieder kommen.

Die Whg. hat uns gut gefallen, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber gewesen.Ein paar Dinge haben nicht funktioniert: Der bereitgestellte Fön ist defekt. Der Wasserhahn Waschbecken sehr schwer gängig> verkalkt. Der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht verstellen…ggf auch verkalkt Ebenso Wasserhahn Küche offentlich verkalkt. Wäre schön, wenn das in Angriff genommen würde. Das würde einen erneuten Besuch erleichter. Mit frdl Grüssen Familie M. u M.Peterreins

Unser 3-Generationen-Mädchenwochenende
Ein wunderbares Wochenende liegt hinter uns. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um sogleich ins Leben der Altstadt einzutauchen. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, den stört allerdings der Verkehr vom Stadtgraben her. Wir haben alles Nötige vorgefunden und uns in der sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub
Durch eine kurzfristige Planänderung sind wir (vier Erwachsene) nicht nach Tübingen gereist, sondern in Ravensburg in zwei Ferienwohnungen des Vermieters untergekommen. Wir können zwar keine Bewertung für die Unetrkunft in Tübingen abgeben, aber wollen unsere volle Zufriedenheit mit dem Kontakt zum Vermieter und seiner Zuvorkommenheit ausdrücken. Die zwei Ferienwohnungen in Ravensburg haben voll und ganz unseren Wünschen entsprochen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zwei Parkplätze standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Ferienwohnungen und die gute Organisation haben zu unserem gelungenen Kurzurlaub beigetragen.
