Cute apartment in Tubingen
This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Tubingen. We were four adults, three of whom are over 6 feet tall, but we managed just fine for three nights. The couch beds were very comfy and the table was perfect for breakfast. The best feature, however, is the location of the apartment. Across from the park and close to everything else, the city was at our fingertips. We were visiting our daughter who is studying at the University in Tubingen and would definitely stay here again if we were to return!

Wonderful stay in downtown
We traveled to Tuebingen with our entire family and our stay in this flat made for an easy trip. The apartment was centrally located with easy access to transportation. The apartment was clean and quiet and accommodated our entire group, including separate studio for family friends. We would certainly return to this flat next time we visit.

Great location, simple clean property
All in all we had a good experience at this apartment. It was a little tricky to find as are a lot of places in the old town of Tübingen. Unfortunately the parking was a bit of an issue. That location adjacent to the apartment was under construction and we did not forsee that. Also the adjoining apartments didn’t actually adjoin. They were separated by a hallway. Neither of these would be a big issue except I was traveling alone with my four children and had to walk to the parking garage in the dark at 3 AM to catch an early flight. And had to leave some children in a separate apartment from where I was sleeping. Everything turned out great in the end and I would go back, I just wish I’d been prepared for those slight challenges.

Fantastic Weekend!
My friends and I had a wonderful weekend staying here! The location couldn’t be better located on the edge of the Altstadt next to the old botanical gardens! There was a small miscommunication with one of the rooms, but it was fixed almost immediately and was not an inconvenience at all. This is definitely a place I would stay again and recommend to all my friends and family!

Excellent home base
This apartment was very clean and as pictured. It was absolutely the perfect location for exploring the old town of Tübingen. We visited the farmers market ( held every Monday, Wednesday , and Friday ) and purchased fresh wursts, potatoes, salad greens and wonderful white asparagus for a delicious home cooked meal. Grocery store, craft store, drug store all in a mall 3 doors from the apartment. This is a great walking city and loved the island park. Lots of excellent restaurant choices - a couple of our favorites were Wurstkuche for German food and DaBruna for Italian. Both had cute restaurants with outdoor seating options. We were two adults and would definitely stay here again!

Nice ground level apartment
Very clean. Newly renovated. Nice appointments. Great old town location. Best parking is in Old Town Konnig parking facility. €16.80 per day. 5 min walk. Not bad at all. Would recommend.

The apartment had all the basic items needed and is close to the old town.
The apartment was right at the edge of the old city making it an easy place from which to explore Tübingen. The apartment worked well for our needs. Parking is difficult in the area, particularly at this time as the nearby Altstadt parking garage is currently under construction. However as it is an easy walking city, parking further away is possible after dropping off bags.

Nice clean place near everything in town!
Great little apartment located in old town. Everything is a quick walk from here including the store for groceries. This is a perfect place to see the town from! Parking was nice though delivery trucks in the alley in the morning could make it difficult to get out, otherwise great for parking your car so you could make trips to nearby castles and towns. Some noise at night if the windows were open from passing cars and people walking by on the street.

We had appartment 2 and it was too small for 3 adults The sink in the bathroom was tiny and impractical. The light in the hall lighten up automatically but its too bright and makes it very annoying at night. Price/quality of the appartment is not in a good balance.

Es fehlten die Bettbezüge. Es ist sehr laut und direkt an der Strasse. Die Ausschreibung ist nicht korrekt: Das Appartment befindet sich nicht im Nonnenhaus, sondern in einem Gebäude daneben. Das App ist in meinen Augen nur für 2 Personen geeignet und nicht für 4 Personen.

Super Lage in Tübingen und sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Leider Tags und Nachts Verkehrslärm, weshalb man sich bei geöffneten Fenstern unwohl fühlt. In der Anzeige ist das Apartment mit 60 m2 betitelt. Unseres war maximal halb so groß

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liegt total zentral in Tübingen. Von Vorteil ist der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, den man dazubuchen konnte.

Saubere FeWo, gute Lage, eher für 2-3 Personen
Die Wohnung ist in einem älteren Haus, aber relativ neu renoviert und sehr sauber; schlicht aber modern eingerichtet; Lage ist ideal, nur 5 Fußminuten mitten ins attraktive Zentrum von Tübingen; Bäcker, Post, Supermarkt um die Ecke; wir waren zu zweit eine Woche da, eine Belegung mit vier Personen ist grundsätzlich schon möglich, aber dann wird es doch recht eng, dann fehlt der Stauraum für Kleidung, Koffer, Lebensmittel etc.

Schöne location!
Das Appartment liegt am Rande der Altstadt und ist absolut perfekt ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls top. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die doch eher laute Straße, die direkt vorbeiführt. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das überhaupt kein Problem, allerdings möchte man im Sommer nachts das Fenster aufmachen und dann wird es morgens schon laut. Das ist aber wirklich die einzige Einschränkung!

mittendrin und doch ruhig
alles ist neu und praktisch eingerichtet. Und die Lage könnte nicht zentraler sein: wer nach hinten rausgeht statt zum viel befahrenen Stadtgraben, steht praktisch gleich vor dem Nonnenhaus. Und dank Schallschutzfenstern bleibt der Lärm von der Straße draußen.

Modernes Apartment im Herzen Tübingens
Sehr schönes modernes Apartment in altem charmanten Haus mit guter Ausstattung, inklusive Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle etc. Sehr gut isolierte Fenster, was wichtig ist, da das Apartment an einer sehr befahrenen Straße liegt. Wir fanden die Ferienwohnung sehr sauber vor. Es gab genügend Handtücher für alle Gäste, Seife usw war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem, es gab sogar eine Klappmatratze wo wir unsere kleine Tochter schlafen lassen konnten. Das einzig störende war das Licht im Flur mit Bewegungsmelder. Und es gab ein Laken zu wenig, was wir aber bei Freunden aus Tübingen leihen konnten. Ansonsten schneller und freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Vielen Dank!

Lage gut, Haus ist laut und kalt
Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Ausstattung ist einfach aber ordentlich, sauber und teils neu (Bad). Leider knallt die Haustüre dermaßen ins Schloss, dass dies echt störend ist. Die Lautstärke zur Straße ist ok, gute Fenster! Die TV- Fernbedienung hatte keine geladenen Batterien. Preislich sicherlich zu teuer für das was man bekommt...
