I have a small dog, paid the $25 pet fee. $25 extra for pets should pay to keep rooms clean. My room 137 smells like dog urine. Although this is a pet room it should be cleaned enough to not smell like pet urine.

It was a fantastic layover between California and Florida. The staff was very welcoming, nice, and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was sad that the coffee maker didn't work (it was missing pieces), but it wasn't the end of the world. For being right off the highway, it was quiet and soundproof. The cat enjoyed snooping around and looking out the window. Thank you for the nice, albeit short, stay.

We got here and had over 10 mosquitoes in the room. Floor was disgusting and had not been cleaned. Trash behind entertainment center, trash underneath bed that was never cleaned up. The shower/bath had pubic hair in there and was disgusting as well as the toilet. The sink that has the soaps you could tell was not cleaned too because you could see a ring around where the soaps were sitting and they were sitting on a not clean surface. Kind of ruined the night and was not enjoyable. Oh yeah and the fridge STINKED like totally ruined all our stuff we put into the fridge and the microwave was absolutely disgusting.

Terrible disgusting room with urine and fecal stains on the bed. Black fungus in the bathroom and an awful smell throughout. Drug addicts all around the parking lot. 0/10 never in my life will I go there

The hotel had an 8.0 rating. This hotel is not 8.0 and would rate it at 6.5. The hallway had an odor to include the room, but I got used to it after a short time. The furniture was outdated to include carpet. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. However, the price was reasonable to justify a one night stay.

The room was partially updated. Nice enough to say the price of the room was fair. The tub was older but the walls were new, that looked ugly and mismatched. Housekeeping forgot to finish the bathroom area in our room. A few of our washclothes and our bath mat was on the floor, we did not have any toilet paper at all. All of the staff was very friendly, that was much appreciated since we were traveling and tired. Lastly, if the property on the outside was cleaned up and had the landscaping freshened up it would make this property look so much better.
