Our 1 bed/1 bath Cozy Sonoran Retreat comes fully equipped for your own quiet, oasis in Tucson, including a private patio, 55" 4k smart TV, Nest thermostat for temperature control, ceiling fans in every room, stocked kitchen, washing machine/dryer, and meditation/reading nooks.

Nice central spot
Clean condo with all the stuff you need and nice touches like pool towels, condiments, cotton robes, etc. Fully stocked kitchen so that you can make your own meals and coffee. Definitely as advertised. If you're coming specifically for the pool, it may or may not meet your expectations. The pool area felt a little neglected and it's not heated, so we didn't spend a great deal of time there. That said, Wendy and Alan were responsive and caring hosts -- we would stay there again.

Pictures look good but the place looks rundown. The refrigerator was on its last leg and the last night the water to the whole complex was turned off. We had no toilet, shower, sink, etc. When we asked the hosts for a refund for the one night after staying for 12 nights, radio silence. Overpriced for a mediocre place.

Great Spot
This one bedroom condo is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in Northeast Tucson. Udall Park is next door of you want to walk the dog or play pickle ball. There are numerous restaurants within five minutes. Best of all there is a sweet pool across from the unit. Highly recommended!

Visiting family for a couple days and this property fit the bill perfectly. Clean, convenient and exactly as advertised. Welcome details had all the details and covered everything. Pool just outside the door was a highlight. Highly recommended.

This condo had everything we needed for our trip; it was clean, updated, and accurate to the listing. The complex is well maintained and quiet. The unit is a 30 second walk to the pool and hot tub which we took full advantage of! Hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

The decor was cute but there were a few issues that made the stay not as comfortable: -communication was not as prompt as others. It took 6+ hours to hear back regarding the locked stove. They also didn't send check in details until I reached out at noon when they said they would send the morning of. We were traveling from TX so it was a bit nerve wrecking not hearing from them until I reached out. -the fans felt like they would fall when you go to pull the chord to change the fan speed/light -bed was not comfortable, we had trouble sleeping -water pressure was super low -they had tape over the door handle so you wouldn't lock it but the handle was lose so it made it hard to open/close the door -a blind was broken and I sent it to them to bring it to their attention so they didn't charge it for us but never heard back In the listing, they say it's 'modern' but there were a lot of dated things, as listed above. Some of those could've been overlooked but the communication is what really frustrated us. Having access to a pool and hot tub was a plus!

Well located and well priced
Owners are very nice and were quick to take care of a minor hiccup. The unit is in a quiet area and just a few steps from the pool and hot tub. The outside sitting area is shaded in the morning and there are roll-down sun shades to filter the afternoon sun. We used the full kitchen extensively. Not a place for a family but for one or two it's very nice.

Had a great stay while playing golf all week.
Property is in a nice, clean neighborhood with plenty of access to shopping and dining. Plenty of space to move around, had well-equipped kitchen and totally adequate laundry set up just off the kitchen. Really enjoyable experience and I would have no reservations about staying there again or recommending it to a friend.

Short drive to lovely trails
The property was exactly as described in a quiet, safe development, good value, clean, everything we needed. Amazing trails were within 15 minute drives, and an excellent Italian restaurant was a ten minute walk.
